Do I have flexibility to book sessions as per my convenience if I book multiple sessions in one go?

Yes, actually the flexibility is much higher if you book multiple sessions in one go. You can block all the sessions in one go or you can flexibly book the next session after you finish the previous one.

What is therapy?

Try holding in your breath and not exhaling it for 2 minutes. How does it feel? Suffocating? Now imagine the feeling of just exhaling it altogether. Isn't it a sigh of relief? And that’s what therapy feels like (eventually though). Similarly, throwing away your messy thoughts and getting rid of the frustration while also being able to challenge negative situations can be as relaxing as you can imagine.
