Ms Bhumika Phutela completed her MSc in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She is a package of a compassionate counselor and an able Certified Career Coach. With more than 3 years of experience in the industry, she has mentored 5000+ students and young adults.

Ms. Phutela works with a vision to facilitate clarity, obtain direction in her clients, and help them break through the obstacles that are holding them back from finding a fulfilling career and life. Identification of strengths and blending it with the uniqueness of each individual has been her way of approaching these counselling sessions. While working with startups, Bhumika has traveled extensively across the country and after interacting with students from schools at every level, she decided to personally reach out to the students and professionals via online and in-person counselling sessions. Bhumika has also conducted 150+ workshops including webinars for schools, colleges and corporate.
