Manogya Sahay has an MSc in Psychological Studies from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor's degree with Hons. in Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. She is a young contemporary therapist who blends the best of Philosophy and Psychology in her clinical work. She has worked extensively with adolescents and professionals in school set ups and private practice respectively. She has experience in designing and conducting workshops on mental health. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, grief and stress management. She works in a holistic fashion, engaging in family therapy when required. Currently, Manogya is practicing as a Counselling Psychologist and is also the Counsellor of a school in Noida.
