Pursuing CA

Hello, see there are two ways of entering the CA trajectory.

First, register yourself with CA for the foundation exam along with graduation.

Secondly, register for intermediate level or IPCC after completing graduation.

let's see the pros and cons in each of the cases above.

Register yourself with CA for the foundation exam along with graduation.

Pros-

1. your trajectory moves faster as you can clear the foundation within a year and register for IPCC

2. Along with that, you can start with your ITT training.

3. once IPCC groups are cleared, either one or both, you can start with your Articleship.

4. Meanwhile, your graduation is also complete.

Cons-

1. You need to manage both college studies/exams and CA exams together, as they take place during similar times of the year.

2. You need to give up your college fun.

now let's see how the situation is in the latter case.

Pros-

1. you get time to focus on graduation

2. you get time to attend full-time college

3. you get more time to plan whether CA is really an option for you instead of rushing into the decision

4. you are more prepared for intermediate level

5. you get time to enjoy college life too(which is important)

Cons-

1. You can register for ITT training after registering for IPCC only.

2. you'll have to wait to start your Articleship until you clear atleast one group of IPCC
