Ms. Vatsala Khurana is best known for her chirpiness, novel ideas, out of the box thinking, and mind you she speaks straight from the shoulder. Ever since her childhood she has thrived on creativity and her fine art skills has always stood out. Ms. Khurana's inclination towards fashion and zeal to understand the nuances of business, made her pursue Masters in Fashion Management from one of the prominent institutes of the country, NIFT, New Delhi.

She is currently working as a Retail Planner at Tommy Hilfiger. Her current work profile revolves around driving sales plan through a consistent focus on studying the business, monitoring inventory and sales performance, and providing analysis necessary to bring in new products to fit the needs of the customer. She also focuses on keeping a tap on sales performance of existing products and assist in the determination of next steps; this includes developing in-season forecasts and future merchandise plans for a given gender/class. The job profile is also closely associated with Merchandising and Allocations, to optimize store assortments. Prior to her full time work experience, Ms. Khurana has worked as Buying Intern at Pantaloons, Merchandising Intern at Orient Craft Limited along with a brief stint in Brand Marketing Project at Cantabil and Operations Management Project at Westside.
